It describes normal bodily processing of glucose. A product that supports it is not claiming to treat any condition.
The caveat
The page also says the formula is intended for blood sugar levels already within a normal range, and that it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent diabetes or prediabetes. Anyone with a diagnosis should speak to their doctor.
