The confirmation email is your proof of purchase. A few minutes of tidiness now can save trouble later.
What to keep
Save the order number, the purchase date, the pack you chose and the total paid. Take a screenshot of the checkout summary if you can.
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Pack and total paid
- Calendar reminder before day 60
How it helps
The 60-day guarantee is counted from the purchase date, so the email lets you set a calendar reminder. It also makes any contact with support quicker.
